Dear Parent/Guardians –
The re-registration process opens today for the IUSD Virtual Academy @ San Joaquin Middle and High School programs. Please take a few moments to carefully read below about our re-registration process.
- Data Confirmation
Data confirmation will be completed online. To get started, please go to your parent portal account at www.myiusd.org. You will need your parent portal email and password to begin the process. Directions can be found HERE.
You will upload the residency affidavit form to AERIES in the re-registration process. If you are unable to upload the document, you will need to bring them to our office August 18th through August 23rd between 8am and 4pm at 3387 Barranca Parkway, Irvine, 92606.

- In-person Registration for all students grades 7-12:
August 17th from 9:00am-12:00pm at Creekside High School (3387 Barranca Parkway)
- Turn in hard copy of the Master Agreement for IUSD Virtual Academy @ San Joaquin
- Receive a copy of Course Requests
- Materials/Textbook pickup
- Chromebooks
- Textbooks for all MS students and HS students in specific courses
3) First day of school (in-person) for 7-12:
August 24th from 8:30am-12:30pm at The Learning Center (3387 Barranca Parkway - see map on next page)
- Students will meet teachers, receive their planner, and participate in activities to prepare them for the upcoming school year
